booking terms & conditions

To ensure the enjoyment of your Single With Kids holiday, we urge you to read the following booking conditions and important information before booking your holiday.

 

Holiday Booking

Your contract with Single With Kids Ltd is made once the following steps have been made.  A) You have paid the required deposit together with the correct insurance premium (if required).  B) Single With Kids Ltd has sent your receipt to you.  Your contract commences on the date of issue of your receipt.  It is important you check your receipt carefully and raise any queries immediately.  Your contract with Single With Kids Ltd is governed under English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Single With Kids reserve the right to cancel, or refuse to accept any booking, at any time

 

Holiday Payment

Balance payments for your holiday must be made to Single With Kids Ltd at the latest 8 weeks prior to the event.  If you book less than 8 weeks prior to the  event, payment in full must be made when you book.  Payment may be made by cash, cheque, debit card or credit card.  

  

Deposit Payment

A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.  The final balance will be required 8 weeks prior to the date of the holiday - we will inform you via email to request the final balance and will provide a payment link for your convenience.  

  

If You Alter Your Confirmed Booking
If you wish to alter or transfer your booking to another date or holiday after we have issued your receipt, we will do our best to arrange this.  You must write to us with details of the alteration requested - there will be an Administration Charge of £15 per person to reschedule your booking.  

 

Note: Changes made 60 days, or less, before an  event, are not permitted.

  

Included in Your Holiday Price

  • The services of at least one Single With Kids Coordinator

  • Accommodation as requested

  • Excursions as requested

  • Meals as specified

Not Included in Your Holiday Price

  • Holiday Insurance

  • Medical expenses

  • Personal expenses

  • Independent travel expenses (other than those that may be pre-specified on certain excursions)

If We Change Your Booking

Whilst everything will be done to provide the holidays shown on the website, Single With Kids Ltd may occasionally have to change your holiday arrangements, or part of them.  Most alterations are minor and should not affect the overall enjoyment of your holiday.  If we have to make significant alterations to your holiday arrangements we will notify you as quickly as possible. You may then A) accept the change, B) Take an alternative holiday subject to availability, with a cost adjustment depending on whether the alternative holiday is of a higher or lower price,  C) Withdraw from the booking completely, in which case Single With Kids Ltd will make a full refund of all monies paid by you.  Significant changes include, but are not limited to, the following:  A change to an organised excursion or a change to the location of your accommodation.
