General Advice / Re: Teenage girl monthly problems
« Last post by Suiky on December 11, 2017, 09:04:31 PM »
I think that painful periods are not normal. You should take your daughter to a doctor. I once spent a lot of time on the ice skating rink in a short jacket. After that I started to have very painful periods. I took painkillers, but it only got easier for me for a while. I went to the doctor. I underwent examination in two clinics (in my clinic there was no necessary equipment, for example https://bimedis.com/search/search-items/endoscopy-equipment ) Then to me have appointed or nominated treatment. My periods became regular and didn't hurt so much anymore.

Motivation and Feeling Good ! / Re: LETS LOSE IT TOGETHER

I don't really like sports. I always preferred to diet, to lose weight, but don't exercise. Recently, I realized that I just needed a gym or a good training program. I heard a lot of reviews about the 21 day fix, but I still haven't found the program in free video. I found Crossfit WOD. I like that training programs are free and you can choose at any level, but maybe someone already tried and say they are effective for weight loss? I don't dream about the beach body, but really want a flat stomach and springy buttocks.

My child (my son is 7 years old) is playing on the phone. We gave him an old iPhone. Before giving the phone to him we replaced the screen and the battery, here https://misterfix.us/shop/iphone-repair/iphone-6/ it was done. The phone began to work better. I believe that iPhone is enough for child to play. Especially the son has the console from his father. For this Christmas we want to buy a tablet for a child.

General Advice / Re: Neighbours and Cats
« Last post by Suiky on December 03, 2017, 06:24:05 PM »
I have normal relations with my neighbors, but I don't let my pets out of the house. I have a cat and two poodle dogs. It seems to me that it is not safe for animals. When I'm walking with poodles in the park, one of my dogs can start eating food on the street, I recently found an article on this topic http://mypoodle.info/behavior/eating-feces/. Many dogs do so, but I believe that it is not safe for canine health. Therefore, I prefer that my pets are at home, under my supervision.

It all depends on your budget. I know that in Egypt is relatively inexpensive rest, sun and heat for the new year. If you have enough money, it is better to visit italy. We flew there last year, in February, my dad bought us tickets for the first class https://www.iflyfirstclass.com/country/to-italy and booked an expensive hotel. It was a very interesting and pleasant impression. I believe that Italy is more expensive than in Egypt. My friend flew to Tunisia, brought a lot of beautiful photos and impressions. Perhaps we should consider Asia as an option? But as far as I know, it's very long to fly to them.

Thanks for the info. I recently found information about citizenship for adopted children. My husband adopted my child from my first marriage and now we want to issue him citizenship. I'm already tired of all these papers and government agencies. But I hope that very soon we will get citizenship for our child.

General Advice / Re: Clothes not being g returned during visits to Dad

I've had the same with my daughter. She's stayed at her Dad's, and left stuff there including her PE kit. Gone to school the next day, had to do the lesson in her knickers because of it. It's not fun!

General Advice / Clothes not being g returned during visits to Dad

On a regular basis when my Son spends time at his Dad's he usually comes home minus 1 or 2 or sometimes more items of clothing. Last time a brand new pair of tracksuit bottoms and his best cardigan didn't return. This time a fairly new pair of pyjamas and my son's watch. I've asked them to post back. I don't know why it's so difficult just to return the clothes that my son wears to his Dad's
