Hiya Bondee and welcome to the site.  I'm Phil and live in Leicester with my 2 sons although I dont get on the site much nowadays.  I have been in the place you are now and although it is a hard and horrible place to be, things do get better with time. This site is great for support when you need it and is a very good place to make new friends, people who understand what you are going through.

Hi Bondee, and welcome.

I'd like to endorse what Phil said - there are now quite a few dads who use the forum, and also go to day meets/holidays.  Are there any meets coming up near you?
