help & advice

Ever felt like your world is tumbling down around you and you can't see a way out? Don't despair, you're not the only one who's been there, and some of those who've trodden this path before you have actually shared their experiences to give some useful advice too.

On the next few pages we've given some general advice on what to expect and how to survive certain scenarios (and yes, although you might not believe it right now, you CAN and WILL get through this). Unfortunately we can't go into immense detail on here due to space restrictions, but should you wish to read further, we'd definitely recommend visiting our bookstore where we've a selection of some of the best self-help books.

Sharing a problem - or just letting off steam - can provide a much needed release, why not visit our forum and discuss experiences with friends in the same boat?

In some cases a little more support is required to see people through, should you feel this is the case, we'd urge you to contact either your GP, our counselling service or ring one of our helplines.

Take care,
Chrissie & Richard
